Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Dhanith's Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved individuals and content creators to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to Dhanith Trading Journal ("Dhanith", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. You must be 18 years or older to apply.

2. You must have an engaged audience relevant to trading, investing, or personal finance.

3. Applications are reviewed and approved at Dhanith's sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. You must provide a valid UPI ID for receiving payouts.

1. No guaranteed profit claims. You must not claim or imply that Dhanith guarantees trading profits, specific returns, or investment success. Dhanith is a journaling and analytics tool, not a trading advisory.

2. No fake testimonials. You must not fabricate testimonials, reviews, or success stories related to Dhanith.

3. No spam. You must not send unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, or messages to promote your affiliate link. All promotion must be on channels where you have established permission to communicate.

4. No self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, or coordinate with others to generate artificial referrals. Self-referrals are detected automatically and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all commissions.

5. No misleading advertising. All promotional content must be truthful, clearly identify you as an affiliate of Dhanith, and comply with applicable advertising standards (ASCI guidelines in India).

6. No paid search ads bidding on "Dhanith" or any Dhanith brand terms without prior written approval.

1. Monthly Plan (₹999): Affiliate earns 20% commission = ₹199.80 per successful payment.

2. Yearly Plan (₹6,999): Affiliate earns 25% commission = ₹1,749.75 per successful payment.

3. Commissions are initially in "Pending" status for 7 days (refund window) before moving to "Approved".

4. If a referred user requests a refund or payment fails, the associated commission is immediately cancelled.

5. Commission rates may be changed at Dhanith's discretion with 30 days' written notice.

1. Referral cookies last 60 days. If a visitor clicks your link and subscribes within 60 days, you earn the commission.

2. Only the first affiliate click is attributed (first-touch attribution). Cookie overwriting by a later affiliate click will replace the attribution.

3. One referral credit per new user — users who have already signed up cannot be re-attributed.

1. Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000. Commissions below this are carried forward to the next month.

2. Payouts are processed by the 7th of each month for commissions approved in the previous calendar month.

3. All payouts are made exclusively via UPI to the ID you registered. Dhanith is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect UPI details.

4. Payouts may be delayed if we are investigating suspected fraud on your account.

1. Dhanith actively monitors for suspicious activity including, but not limited to, click fraud, self-referrals, duplicate sign-ups, and artificial traffic.

2. Suspicious IP patterns (multiple clicks from the same IP) are automatically flagged for review.

3. Dhanith reserves the right to reject, cancel, or clawback any commission determined to be fraudulent.

4. Dhanith may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if fraud or Terms violations are detected, with no obligation to pay outstanding commissions in confirmed fraud cases.

1. Either party may terminate participation in the Program with 7 days' written notice.

2. Upon termination, earned and approved commissions above the ₹1,000 threshold will be paid in the next payout cycle.

3. Commissions earned from fraudulent activity will be forfeited regardless of termination status.

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Dhanith is a journaling and analytics software tool only — it does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or any form of financial advisory service. Affiliates must include this risk disclosure prominently in any promotional material and must never imply that using Dhanith will result in trading profits.

Dhanith reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
